Free gift terms and conditions

• Your free gift will be in addition to our published Agency Appointment cash-back offer.
• The ‘Free Gift’ offer is being run by Elson Associates Plc: 30 Tower View, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4UY. Elson Associates Plc is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
• To qualify for your free gift, we must receive by 30 November 2008, a completed and valid Agency Appointment application form for an investment equal to at least £5,000 in value which is currently held outside our agency and on which renewal commission of 0.5% is payable and transferable to us.
• Only one gift can be chosen from the four gifts available. No alternative gifts or the equivalent monetary value will be offered. If we are unable to continue to source the specific products on offer, Elson Associates will offer an alternative gift with a monetary value of at least £25.
• The deadline for returned free gift slips is 30 November 2008.
